Paweł Gizicki – President of the Management Board
Paweł Gizicki is a graduate of Foreign Trade at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Gdańsk. Furthermore, he studied at Fachhochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft in Berlin. Mr. Gizicki is an expert auditor. His professional carrier so far has involved financial auditing as well as financial management. Between 1996 and 2002, he worked for Arthur Andersen, later for Ernst & Young. From 2004 until 2005 he held the position of CFO at Hachette Filipacchi Group Polska. He was later employed in the same position at Prokom Software S.A. (since 2008 Asseco Poland S.A.), where he worked from 2005 to 2008. In September he became the CFO at Fota S.A. On 7th November 2008, based on the Supervisory Board decision, Mr. Paweł Gizicki was elected a Member of the Management Board. Since 16th December 2010, Mr. Gizicki has been acting as the President of the Management Board.
Radosław Wojtkiewicz – Member of the Management Board
Radosław Wojtkiewicz is a graduate of the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Agriculture and Technology in Krakow and. His professional carrier has been connected with Fota since the very beginning. Mr. Radosław Wojtkiewicz was first an employee of what used to be Fota Trade Company to be later appointed the Director of Trade at Fota S.A. At the moment, Mr. Wojtkiewicz is holding the position of Chief Operating Officer.
