On behalf of Fota S.A. we would like to inform that, on 28th September, Mr. Hubert Bujnowski resigned from the position of the Chief Operating Officer.

On 17th June 2011 a resolution was passed concerning changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board in the previous composition ended its term of office after the financial statements for the year 2010 had been approved by the Annual General Meeting.

The Management Board composition change is the result of a long term open competition for the position of the President and CEO at Fota S.A. The company informed about the competition being commenced in June 2010. According to a previously approved plan the mission of the former President and CEO, Mr. Wojciech Pratkowski, which involved conducting the process of restructuring within the group and the company itself as well as developing a development strategy for the oncoming years of 2010-2014 was completed successfully. The new CEO, Paweł Gizicki, shall now be responsible for the task of implementing the strategy assumptions.
