Development Strategy

The main strategic objective of Fota is to expand in Poland and on the Middle and Eastern Europe markets. The development on these markets will be achieved by consolidation but also organic growth.

The Company is planning to be the centre of the consolidation process. At present negotiations on mergers are being conducted with a group of companies. Acquisitions on foreign markets are also possible.

The strategic aim of the firm is to develop its range of products. FOTA intends to strengthen its position in the distribution of spare parts for trucks as well as in the segments where it has not been visible so far.

Another target is to strengthen the KAGER brand on the European market and to expand the range of products, e.g. in the segment of Asian, French and Italian cars.

Moreover Fota is planning to increase the sale of workshop equipment and tools.

The Company wants to increase the share of export in its general sales.
