Wojciech Stanisław Pratkowski – President of the Management Board

Mr. Wojciech Stanisław Pratkowski graduated from the Department of Sanitary and Water Engineering at the Technical University of Warsaw. In 1971-78, he worked for PIP CHEMOINSTAL, and from 1978 to 1987, served as the project manager in Iraq. After 1987, he was employed in CHZB BUDIMEX, first as the chief specialist and after that as the Office Director. In 1991-1993, Wojciech Pratkowski was a member of the Management Board of SAHLBUD GmbH. During the consecutive four years, being the co-owner of the company, he served as the President of the Management Board in BBP Sp. z o.o. and from 1997 to 2000, he was employed as the President of the Management Board at KLAUKE POLSKA Sp. z o.o. From 2000 until present, he has been self-employed, working as PKMC MANAGEMENT CONSULTING and providing consulting within organization management with process.

Paweł Gizicki – Member of the Board

Mr. Paweł Gizicki is a graduate of the Department of Economics at the University of Gdansk. He also studied at Fachhochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft in Berlin. He holds the qualifications of a licensed auditor. During his career, he was involved in financial auditing and management. In 1996-2002, he worked for Arthur Andersen and for the next two years for Ernst & Young. After that, in 2004-2005 he was a Finance Director in Hachette Filipacchi Polska. From September 2005 to August 2008, he worked for Prokom Software S.A. (at present Asseco Poland S.A.), were he served as the Finance Director. Since September 2008, he has been employed in FOTA S.A. as the Finance Director. Moreover, Mr. Paweł Gizicki completed numerous courses within financial audit and finance management. He has a good command of English and German languages.

Radosław Wojtkiewicz – Member of the Board

Radosław Wojtkiewicz studied at the Agriculture Faculty of the Agricultural-Technical Academy in Krakow and Bydgoszcz and graduated from agriculture. Since the beginning of his professional career he has been with Fota. In 1991-2001 he was employed as a Sales Director. During 2003 – 2008 Mr. Wojtkiewicz held a function of Trading Director. Currently he is employed as Director of Supervising Bureau and Development Strategy building towards national and foreign controlled companies.

Hubert Bujnowski – Board Member

Mr. Hubert Bujnowski is a graduate of Law and Administration department at Warsaw’s University. In his professional carrier he has taken positions closely related with marketing, production as well as trade. Between 2000 - 2002 he worked at Confex Auto – Business. Next he held a post of Production Manager at Euroscript – Poland and E.U. Funds Department Director at the European Consulting Centre. Since 2007 he worked for „Ciech” group independent company– Cheman S.A., where he held the position of Strategy and Analysis Bureau Director but lately a Commercial Director. Mr Bujnowski had been working at Fota SA since 1st February 2009 first as a Strategy and Development Planning Director, later he was appointed for the position of Operative Director. Mr. Bujnowski knows English language fluently.
